How do I send my files?
- Book first. Include your order number, song title and mix notes.
- Send dry stems that start at the same point, or your complete Pro Tools session with its Audio Files folder.
When will I get my mix?
- 1–4 songs: 3 delivery days.
- 5+ songs: 7 delivery days.
Count from the day after booking. Saturdays count; Sundays don’t. For rush delivery, confirm your deadline with El.
Can I request a revision?
Your online mix includes 1 free revision per song for small balance or effect tweaks. Request it within 48 hours of delivery. Extra revisions or later requests may cost more.
Will the presets work in my DAW?
Yes, if your DAW supports the plugin the presets use. You’ll need that plugin installed. Check each kit’s required plugins before buying.
